This salad features a vegetable that comes from each part of a plant. Try spinach or lettuce for leaves, broccoli or cauliflower for flower, sunflower seeds or nuts or beans for seeds, cucumber or pepper or tomato for fruits (the fruit part of the plant contains seeds), celery for stem, and carrot or radish for roots.
